Microloan Program

The Microloan Program provides up to $35,000 in short-term, fixed-rate financing to businesses.

Funds are used for equipment, inventory, leasehold improvements or working capital (excluding salary or owner's draw and payroll taxes).

Intermediary Relending Program (IRP)

The Intermediary Relending Program provides up to $250,000 in financing to for-profit businesses located in non-metro areas with a population below 25,000. RMI offers a Wall Street Journal prime rate or 7.5% (whichever is greater) for the term of the loan.

Funds are used for fixed assets, inventory or working capital.

Small Business Investment Fund Program (SBIF)

The Small Business Investment Fund Program provides up to $250,000 in fixed-rate financing to for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. RMI offers a Wall Street Journal prime rate, not less than 7.5%. These funds may not be used for refinancing.

Funds are used for fixed assets, inventory or working capital.

The Microloan, Intermediary Relending Program and Small Business Investment Fund Programs are available only in Missouri.
